Important notes for patches:
1) The patches work only with the game bought on RiG's order page.
If you got the game from a thrid party distributor, you need to contact that distributor.
2) You can change language to French by installing the French patch.
You can freely and repeatedly switch between English and French versions by installing the patch in the language you want.
